We are locals here and hot up the BWs periodically. Tonight was Pretty solid, Some hiccups. Overall B+ tonight.
5 stars solely for our experiences with our favorite server, Brandy! She is amazing and we appreciate her so much. She knows our orders at this point and is always so helpful and kind. We come here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience with her. Major shout out to Brandy!
Food is delicious, and service is always spot on... but can someone tell me why it seems like every time we are there, the staff are fighting each other? I'm not exaggerating when I say someone is screaming at someone else. I didn't know I was getting dinner and a show. Ambiance, I guess, needs some work?
This may be the best Buffalo Wild Wings in NWA. Our server was attentive, patient, and friendly. Food was fast and fresh. The manager came by our table twice to clear plates and check on us. We played trivia and won free food, and they have a great app with rewards too. Bathrooms were also clean. They also have a big outdoor side patio and are in a convenient location in Springdale. We'll be back.
My family wanted some food but nothing was open so we went to this bww. And although we were nervous because of the previous reviews we were pleasantly surprised. They had recently remodeled and the inside seating was VERY nice. Our server was very polite and the food was pretty good for a chain restaurant. So whatever they've changed obviously worked and if your in need of wings you should try stopping by!
I will be honest, when I walked in to this BWW's, I wondered if I made a mistake. This location is run down. It is in bad need of a remodel. There were also a group of children in the main dining room that were running all over and actually throwing a ball around. It was a Tuesday night, and traditional wings were 1/2 price - so we decided to go ahead and stay. We got seated quickly and soon after our server, Jamesha, greeted us. We ordered our drinks and wings at her first visit to our table. She was very nice and friendly. While we waited for our wings, kids continued to rough house in the dining room. Several times they actually knocked into waiters and waitresses. I know a restaurant walks a fine line on when/how or whether they should be getting on to kids. In this case, the kids were being disruptive to the wait staff and all of the other tables in the main dining room. The manager should have said something, in my opinion. Thankfully, the family with the crazy kiddos left before we got our food. It took a little longer than normal to get our food, but Jamesha was great about keeping us updated. When our food came out, it was piping hot and perfectly prepared. We watched several other tables get their food, and honestly I have never seen a BWW's put the effort into presentation of their food like this one did. The food coming out of this kitchen was so pretty! This BWW's has great people working there, who obviously take pride on what they do. Hopefully the owner invests in the business soon so that they don't lose business.
